Fin Fetish Sportfishing and LA Sportfishing offer a variety of trips. See below for a complete list!
- All trips include up to six passengers. For the ultimate experience, we recommend groups of 3 or 4 for the fishing excursions!
- Bait and tackle is included with 1/2 Day LOCAL fishing trips only. LA Sportfishing and Fin Fetish use top of the line rods, reels and tackle.
- A valid California Fishing License is required for all fishing trips. You can purchase yours in advance from the CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife website. The license fee is not included in the price or fees of any trips.
- A 10% Fee for County Dock Tax for all 1/2 Day Local Trips
- A 20% Fee for County Dock Tax, fish cleaning, tackle, bait, lures and ice will be added for all trips except 1/2 Day Local Trips
- A Separate Gratuity Fee will be added. The amount will depend on the trip and will be discussed directly with your Captain prior to the trip.

$299/hr^~ (2 hour minimum)
Recommended items to bring:
All trips include complimentary bottled water. If you want to bring your own sodas or adult beverages, please feel free and we'll keep em cold for you! If you want to have something to eat, please bring your own food. Refrigerator is available on some trips but space is limited!
Other items to bring: Sunscreen, hat, jacket, sunglasses, and nausea medication. If you tend to get seasick, its a good idea to take your medication before boarding as it will be more effective. Remember we are fishing in the Pacific Ocean. Conditions can vary from calm and flat to windy and rough. Afternoons tend to be rougher. Its also tends to be much cooler out on the ocean than it is in the city. Even in the summer, it can be a little chilly!
All trips require a $500 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the planned trip. Deposit will be fully refunded for trips cancelled by LA Sportfishing / Fin Fetish due to weather or other issues.
^A 10% Dock Tax will be added to the price of all Local trips (1/2 Day Trips), Harbor Cruises and Nature Watching trips.
*A 20% fee will be added for Dock Tax, Bait,Fish Cleaning, Tackle and Ice for all other trips (3/4 Day, Full Day and Island Trips)
~ A gratuity fee will be arranged between you and the Captain prior to the trip.
